Opis przygotowania:
Chleb obrać ze skórki, namoczyć w wodzie, odcisnąć i rozetrzeć na papkę, Dodać ikrę i wymieszać na jednorodną masę. Wycisnąć sok z cytryn i powoli połączyć z masą, dodając jednocześnie oliwę, doprawić pieprzem. Wyłożyć na talerz i udekorować oliwkami i plasterkami cytryny.

ja sie tez pytam i widze zdziwienie w oczach kazdego w Polsce - moze tylko w Dziwnowie mrozona ikre po pazdzierniku prawdziwa tragedia jadlem na sposob grecki taramasalata - przpyszna i w Islandii - tez dobra w polsce nie ma zainteresowanych sam bym kupil, sprowadil przz internet za kazde pieniadze ale nie ma!!!
